Woohoo! The Marsden Jnr A football team has secured a spot in the CSW Junior Football competition final! They will compete for the Strom Cup on Tues 22 August 4pm on the Wellington High artificial turf. This is a massive achievement for our junior team. Starting the season with not even 11 core players, they have done incredibly well with their low numbers and have encouraged a couple of additional juniors to jump on board. Over the competition, they have had some awesome results and great fun playing on muddy pitches around Wellington. Tony Costello is doing a wonderful job as coach. Sarah Chambers has been an incredible manager, and the students are an extremely supportive bunch who enjoy being out playing rain or shine. If you can get down to Wellington High to support them, we would love to have you there!
